A startup needs to embrace possibility and think clearly. That spirit is at the heart of Schwadesign too, and enabled us to help property management software startup Buildium evolve the brand, reposition for growth, and keep its personality scrappy and accessible.
Partnering with in-house marketing, UX, and development teams, we clarified the brand positioning and core values to inform a revised logo and identity system. Then we extended the system and applied a multi-channel content strategy to video scripts, an employee appreciation campaign, the website, and more. Our partnership continues to serve Buildium’s users as we run ongoing A/B testing and maintenance, but the benefits are already clear: Buildium has seen a 150% increase in net new customers per quarter compared to the previous year, and is experiencing a threefold year-over-year increase in both revenue and clients. Not bad for the scrappy startup – and new inductee to the Tech 200 and Inc 500.
