Who better to tell your story than the audience who already believes it? Schwadesign appreciates that unique perspective – and we love empowering our clients to run with it. Over the course of two semesters, The Art Institute of Boston, a division of Lesley University, harnessed the creativity of existing students to produce that most important piece of collateral for prospective students and their parents: the Viewbook. Schwadesign coordinated a team across multiple agencies and levels of experience to bring it to life. In conjunction with Lesley's marketing staff, the copywriting team at Libretto, and select faculty, AIB’s students got a taste of professional life. From research and design through photoshoots and press checks, AIB students created the school’s new Viewbook – and Schwadesign documented every step of the process. See for yourself.
Working closely with our client and agency partners, Schwadesign scoped the unique project, assigning roles based on both innate skills and learning opportunities. Moving beyond project management and facilitation, we documented the students’ work and touchpoints with their (and our) client, then moved through further iteration and client feedback. Teaching, design, documenting: we were back in school, and a school was out in the real world.
Project strategy & leadership, print design & production management, press supervision, video documenting its creation.
Additional project support from Jori Ketten, Vinny Bucchino, Mahjubeh Mashhadi, Cody Ward.
“While others might have been crazed, you were steadfast in your execution. Schwadesign coalesced everything – conceptually and logistically – within tight deadlines. The reviews of the final product have been excellent. ”— Leo Rice, Director of Marketing, Lesley University
