Agent of Analogy
Margot Bloomstein, Agent of Analogy, focuses on content strategy and messaging. In addition to her work with Schwadesign, she is the Principal of Appropriate, Inc., an independent brand and content strategy consultancy based in Boston. Partnering with retailers, universities, and other organizations, Margot helps to engage their target audiences and project key messages with consistency and clarity using both traditional and social media. With previous experience that includes work as head of content strategy for other New England-based businesses and a user experience consultant at Sapient, Margot draws upon more than a decade of experience in interactive agencies. Her clients include Philips, Tretorn, ECCO, Timberland, Staples, Harvard Business School, Tufts University, and the state of Nevada. As a participant in the inaugural Content Strategy Consortium, Margot speaks regularly on the evolution of content strategy within interactive agencies; recent engagements include SXSW, Web 2.0, Web Content, Confab, and more intimate regional events across the country.
Margot holds a BFA in Communication Design from Carnegie Mellon University.
